Prodromos Pyrros

Prodromos Pyrros was an advisor to the Prime Minister’s Economic Office. He dealt with economic and social policy issues, such as strengthening the participation of vulnerable population groups in the labor market as well as attracting investment. He also worked on the submission of the Greek proposal to the European Commission for the Recovery and Resilience Fund and for other government initiatives.

At the same time, he participated in the committee’ s drafting work on the National Strategy for the Equality of LGBTI+, while after the issuance of the conclusion he had a coordinating role in its implementation.
During the past, he participated in the press office and communication team of New Democracy. He has also worked as a public policy researcher at the Center for Liberal Studies and other think tanks. He holds a physics degree from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and an MA in international political economy from City, University of London. He speaks English, French and Italian.
