Transfer Certificate

Every year the Ministry of Social Cohesion and the Family, in collaboration with the KEPs and the Regions, implements for people with a disability rate of 67% and above or for beneficiaries of a disability allowance from OPECA, a program for granting free or reduced-price travel tickets with the Means of Public Transport and the KTEL buses.
